Returns & Exchange
1. What is the Return policy?
We strive to achieve to provide quality and excellent value products.
Please Note: This policy only applies to incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a seven (7) days return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
• Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• There will be no returns for disposable items due to hygiene reasons.
• Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be returned as a whole set.
2. All returns will be reviewed first by AR Dental team and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
• Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, or
• Full refund in AR Store Credit
3. Can I return a voucher which I have already purchased?
For purchased voucher returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we strive to do our best to meet our customer’s satisfaction. You may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
4. Please note under this policy, AR Dental does not generally permit the full return of, or offer cash refunds for:
• Refund requisition is made after the redemption period in any circumstances or reasons
• Redeemed services from merchants or partners with result of either unsatisfactory or satisfactory
• Good were not returned within 7 days of purchase.
• The value of the deal event cannot be sub-divide into the value of the deal into 2 or 3 visits unless it is otherwise stated you will not gain credit or cash back for any remaining unused amount.
5. How do I submit a return?
For all return requests, you may write to us at email@example.com (including your contact details, voucher code and the associated security code, with Deal Event’s name and date of purchase). Also you may state the reason to return. We will provide you a return form for you to submit together with your returned products (if product is to be returned). Then, we will notify you once item has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable. Please note that refund requisition is made after the redemption period in any circumstances or reasons.
6. Items for Customers to note:
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the merchant does not have any more stock, you may wait until they are able to source additional items or request a refund.
• It takes some time to process refunds, as liaising with the merchants lengthens the whole process. Once the merchant receives your parcel, and informs us about it, we aim to process your refund within 21 working days depending how it was purchased originally.
7. Depending on how you originally paid for your purchase, the following are the time length needed to process your refund:
• Molpay Payments: 14 - 21 working days
• Credit Card Purchases: 14 - 21 working days
• Online Banking and All Other Methods: 14 - 21 working days
