The five IPS e.max Ceram Shades in A–D and Chromascop shades are used for final shade modifications of IPS e.max restorations, as well as for the wash firing of IPS e.max glass ceramics. The two IPS e.max Ceram Shades Incisal materials are especially suitable for fully anatomical restorations (e.g. IPS e.max ZirPress). They are used to imitate the incisal area and they provide the incisal third with optical translucency and an in depth effect.
